My name is Pushpendra Kulshreshtha, and I am an Indian journalist, public speaker, activist, and prominent public personality. π°π€ Over the years, Iβve carved a notable career that includes my tenure with Aaj TV in Pakistan and as the longest-serving Secretary General of the Press Club of India, a position I proudly held for three terms.During my time at the Press Club, I championed journalistic freedoms, pushing back against government actions that threatened media independence under the UPA regime. My leadership extended to being elected as the head of the Media Persons Club of India, successfully maintaining this position despite legal challenges. Iβve also contributed significantly to fostering bilateral relations between India and Pakistan through my media presence and initiatives. πBeyond journalism, I actively campaigned against Articles 35A and 370 in India, co-founding the NGO βWe The Citizens.β Our efforts culminated in filing a Public Interest Litigation challenging these laws, leading to their historic abolition in 2019.When Iβm not advocating for change or breaking stories, you might find me enjoying the vibrant streets and cherished traditions of my hometown. Life is all about balance, and Iβm here to create, inspire, and make a difference.
